This policy outlines the conditions, timelines, and procedures for returns and refunds at Mi Plata.

1.Under what circumstances can you return an item to Mi Plata?

Mi Plata accepts returns only in two cases,

       Product (s) delivered are inaccurate than the one ordered

       Product (s) delivered is damaged on the receipt

2. What Can Be Returned

You can return most unworn and unwashed items purchased on our website within 7 days of receiving your order.

This includes:

       Items in their original packaging with all tags attached

       Items that haven’t been damaged or altered Please note that we do not accept returns for Personalized or customized items.

3. How To Make a return

Making a return with Mi Plata is simple! Here are two convenient options for your preference:

explanation of your return request.

For Damaged Items:

If you received a damaged item, kindly include clear photos of the damage in your email.  This will help us expedite the return process

2.WhatsApp Option:

You can also choose to send a WhatsApp message to +91 8519090111 with details about your return and any photos of damaged items.

 4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

5. Exchange

While we don’t offer direct exchanges, we understand you might want to swap an item for something else. Here’s a simple solution!

       Exchanges are possible only for defective items and will be free of cost. 

       If you want to exchange an item that is not damaged, a shipping fee of ₹125/- will be levied for the exchange, limited to one time only.
