Returns & Refunds

We want every MI PLATA piece to arrive exactly as you imagined it. If something isn’t right, here is how we’ll make it right, simply and fairly.

When you can return a piece

We accept returns when:

• you received a different piece from the one you ordered, or
• your piece arrived damaged or defective.

Please write to us within 7 days of delivery.

Your unboxing video

Before opening your parcel, start recording a short, continuous video: show the sealed parcel with its shipping label, then open it and look over the jewellery. This video lets us resolve any issue quickly and fairly. Without it, we’re unable to accept a return.

How to request a return

Send us your order number, the product name, a short description of the issue, your unboxing video and a few clear photographs:

Our team will review your request and send you return instructions. Please wait for these before sending anything back.

Condition of returned pieces

Returned pieces should be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, in their original packaging with all tags and accompanying items. Personalised or customised pieces aren’t eligible for standard returns, but if one arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll help.

Refunds

Once your piece reaches us and we’ve confirmed the issue, your refund is processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, we’ll confirm the best way to refund you. Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges at present. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we’ll arrange a return and refund instead.
